This memorial website was created in the memory of our loved one, James Turner who was born in Indiana on October 25, 1939 and passed away on May 17, 2003 at the age of 63. James Turner was a loving husband and father of 6 children, and grand father of 17 grandchildren, and great grandfather of 2 great grandchildren. We will remember him forever.

james daryl turner, 63, of indianapolis. born oct. 25, 1939 died may 17, 2003. son of alene maxfield & john warix. a graduate of arsenal technical hs. james married sandra pflug-turner on sept. 31, 1960. he was a maintenance foreman for ipl for 23 years; he had also worked for napa auto parts for 15 years, retiring in 2001. visitation will be wed., may 21, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with services thurs., may 22, at 2:00 p.m. at shirley bros. washington memorial chapel, 9606 e. washington st. survivors include his wife, sandra pflug-turner, 6 children, james, joseph, jennifer, judith, jason, janet, seventeen grandchildren. |
